Several of the Mercedes models you have come to love are getting facelifts and will be arriving soon at your local showrooms in and around Chicago.  Mercedes G500 drivers as well as those that covet the C-Class wagon are in for a real treat with the 2011 models.

Known as the G-Wagen in Germany, the G500 remains unchanged on the outside so you may not notice the difference as you see this model cruise down the streets of Chicago.  Mercedes G500 fans however will indeed notice the new interior and upgrades under the hood. Continue Reading

Mercedes flexes its muscle with the 2010 C63 AMG

The “Baby Benz” of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class is all grown up and flexing its muscle.  With features such as its intimidating shark vents and a bulging hood, not to mention that huge Mercedes star on the grille, it is certain to be a head turner in and around Chicago. Mercedes M-Class diesel fans however may have the last laugh.

In Chicago, used Mercedes-Benz dealers were excited to find out that the overall shape of the four door coupe remains similar to previously sold in Chicago, Mercedes C Class cars. The most noticiable similarity to the previous model of the CLS  is the same sloping roof line and the banana-shaped body.

After recent testing in Germany, the 2011 Mercedes CL-Class looks like it has gotten a new makeover from the previous model seen at dealers. While around Chicago, C-Class Wagon models are probably as popular as the CL-Class, there should be a large number of Mercedes owners and shoppers chomping at the bit for the new-look CL-Class. The fourth generation CL-Class is said to be a big two-door coupe, with new features that include, a new headlamp, new bonnet and bumper designs, a more pointed and tapering front grille that features two horizontal bars instead of three. Also, added were mandatory LED daytime running lights.
